The XP Summit is an annual gathering organized FOR XP’s and BY XP’s. It was created to facilitate connections, content, and conversations among second chair leaders who oversee church logistical issues. It’s a safe space where ministry peers can discuss the best practices on subjects like staffing, programming, finances, and multi-site strategy. This year’s theme is Behind the Music.

MAIN SESSIONS
In these corporate sessions, we feature national speakers who present content relevant to the work of the church. The list of speakers will be announced later in the summer.

BREAKOUTS
These sessions are more focused, highlighting ministry or operational specifics, providing attendees the opportunity to engage and ask questions. We typically release this list of participants in the fall.

HUDDLES
Each XP is assigned to a small group of 10-12 fellow practitioners. A group leader facilitates discussions that should inform and inspire future work. Nearly every attendee testifies that huddle times are the most valuable parts of the summit.

AIR TRAVEL
The Bridge Church is located approximately 40 minutes south of Nashville International Airport (BNA). Most lodging/food options are located in nearby Franklin.
