 Devon built the508, a dynamic youth and young adult ministry which exploded to hundreds of college students in 2015 located in central Massachusetts. He’s a dynamic communicator that uses his seminary degree, in tandem with humor, passion and creative storytelling. Devon is a competitive basketball player, an entrepreneur, certified marriage counselor, podcaster, and a certified John Maxwell Leadership coach. He’s the founder of Connect Leadership Academy, and co-founder of SocialChurch. His life’s mission is to develop followers of Jesus, and leaders of men. 

SPIRITUAL FORMATION PASTOR, 12STONE CHURCH

In 2017, when Ryland was in his second year of vocational ministry, the Lord called him toward the Executive Pastor role, with gifts and a deep passion specifically for developing leaders and thinking strategically for the Church. Serving in the “number two” role at the Hamilton Mill Campus of 12Stone Church, Ryland focuses on cultivating health and growth among staff, volunteers, and the congregation. Ryland and his wife, Alyssa, enjoy spending time with their daughter, Emily, and are expecting their baby boy, Levi, due in March 2026.

Phil spent 20 years serving in churches of all sizes in Executive and Lead Pastor roles while also serving Pastors around the country through leadership cohorts, pastoral coaching, and teaching at conferences. He is the author of Defining The Executive Pastor Role and Eldership Development: From Application to Affirmation and the co-host of The Backstage Pastors Podcast. In addition to coaching Executive Pastors, Phil now spends most of his time helping churches, schools and non-profits solve problems and tell their stories more effectively through building projects and branding at Plain Joe-A Storyland Studio.

Brandon brings over 34 years of experience in Church ministry and leadership. After graduating from Azusa Pacific University he spent 10 years at Shepherd Church in Porter Ranch, CA. Followed by 10 years at Real Life Church in Valencia, CA. Since 2011 he has served as an Executive Pastor at Compass Christian Church in Colleyville, TX. This vast experience has developed expertise in church growth, effective ministry structures, multi-site strategy,  generosity development, and creating leadership culture. Brandon is also a coach and consultant with the Growmentum Group. Brandon is married to Irene,  has two children (Katriana and Nicholas, loves working in Uganda, and cheers loud for all Seattle sports teams.

Rich is an early multi-site church pioneer in North America. He served on the leadership team of Connexus Community Church in Ontario, a North Point Community Church Strategic Partner—as well as the Operations Pastor at Liquid Church in the Manhattan-facing suburbs of New Jersey. He’s also the lead coach of the Church Growth Incubator, a community of churches actively working to grow through closely learning from the fastest-growing churches and applying those lessons to their churches. Lee brings over 30 years of leadership experience, specializing in organizational strategy, team development, and growth management.  He currently serves as the President of Growmentum Group, where he partners with businesses and churches nationwide to help them clarify their vision, navigate growth, and maximize their impact. As the former Executive Pastor of Strategic Advancement at The Crossing Church in Las Vegas, Lee played a pivotal role in shaping a thriving and dynamic organization.
