She speaks on the topics of leadership, team culture and strategy. Jenni coaches executive leaders to lead themselves well and lead their teams better. As Founder and CEO of The 4Sight Group, she consults with businesses, churches and non-profits on leadership and organizational health.

Steve is the author of The Thing Beneath The Thing and Grieve, Breather, Receive. He is host of the Craft and Character podcast. Steve is a personal coach to communicators discovering their unique voice and desiring to take their skills to the next level. He currently serves as lead pastor at Christ Church, a multisite congregation in the Chicagoland area.
