Steve is a personal coach to communicators discovering their unique voice and desiring to take their skills to the next level. He currently serves as lead pastor at Christ Church, a multisite congregation in the Chicagoland area

Lee Coate
Growmentum/Crossing Church
Lee brings over 30 years of ministry and leadership experience, equipping churches to thrive with strategic insight and practical wisdom. As Executive Pastor of Strategic Advancement at The Crossing Church in Las Vegas for the past 17 years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping a dynamic and impactful church community.
Beyond his local leadership, Lee serves as the president of Growmentum Group, where he partners with churches nationwide—helping them clarify vision, navigate growth, and maximize their impact. His ministry journey has included student ministry, church planting, and pastoring in Las Vegas for eight years, giving him a deep, firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities church leaders face. -
Kayra Montañez

Kayra serves as the Executive Pastor of Ministries of Liquid Church. Since launching in 2007, Liquid has experienced rapid growth and thousands of changed lives across the Northeast.
Kayra serves as the Executive Pastor of Ministries, overseeing Discipleship, Next Gen, Young Adults, Special Needs, Dream Teams, Small Groups & Leadership Pipeline) as well as Liquid’s seven campuses. She’s also a part of Liquid’s Teaching Team, known for creatively communicating the Bible with cultural insight, heart, and humor.

Brandon Beard
Compass Church
Brandon brings over 34 years of experience in Church ministry and leadership. After graduating from Azusa Pacific University he spent 10 years at Shepherd Church in Porter Ranch, CA. Followed by 10 years at Real Life Church in Valencia, CA.
Since 2011 he has served as an Executive Pastor at Compass Christian Church in Colleyville, TX. This vast experience has developed expertise in church growth, effective ministry structures, multi-site strategy, generosity development, and creating leadership culture. Brandon is also a coach and consultant with the Growmentum Group. Brandon is married to Irene, has two children (Katriana and Nicholas, loves working in Uganda, and cheers loud for all Seattle sports teams. -
Bethany Armstrong
Bridge Church
Bethany is Director of Operations at The Bridge Church in Tennessee and a champion of people, culture, and all things organized. She’s passionate about building strong teams, creating a thriving culture, and empowering others to step confidently into their gifts to make a difference.
With a heart for both strategy and people, Bethany loves watching individuals grow, collaborate, and create meaningful impact. When she’s not keeping things running smoothly, you’ll likely find her laughing with family and friends, perfecting her sourdough skills, or hitting the pavement in her running shoes. -
Ryan Britt
Church of Eleven22
Ryan is the Executive Ministries Pastor at The Church of Eleven22 in Jacksonville, FL. He is married to Jennifer and has two beautiful daughters, Anna Kathryn and Abigail. Since the launch of the Church of Eleven22 in 2012, it has grown to 14 campuses. Prior to serving at Eleven22, Ryan served as the Director of Global Missions at 12Stone Church in Lawrenceville, GA. He is very involved in global church-planting efforts having served and led missions in numerous countries throughout the world. He is an avid reader and movie watcher that loves to hit the white ball every chance he gets. -
Warren Bird
ECFA
Warren is Senior VP of Research at the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability where his current research project is “The Future of the Large Church.” Recent research includes “New Faces of Church Planting” and “Do Online Services Lead to In-Person Disciples?”
Warren is author/coauthor of 35 for church leaders including Becoming a Future-Ready Church (trends), Hero Maker (leadership development), Next (healthy succession), Better Together (mergers) and How to Break Church Growth Barriers. He is widely quoted in the press as the leading researcher and writer on large-church health and growth. He has served as church planter, staff pastor, and seminary professor. He and his college-sweetheart wife live in metro New York City. -
Rich Birch

Rich is an early multi-site church pioneer in North America. He led the charge in helping The Meeting House in Toronto to become the leading multi-site church in Canada with over 5,000 people in 20+ locations. In addition, he served on the leadership team of Connexus Community Church in Ontario, a North Point Community Church Strategic Partner—as well as the Operations Pastor at Liquid Church in the Manhattan-facing suburbs of New Jersey.

Rachel is the Director of Media and Online Ministry at The Bridge Church in Tennessee. Her passion for creative ministry in the local church is fueled by the understanding that gospel-rich content is easier than ever to get at the fingertips of people all over the world, and there is an opportunity to engage people with God’s message all 168 hours of the week.
She loves to spend her time telling stories and equipping people to use modern-day tools to evangelize, empower, and equip others. -
Caleb Miller
Compass Church
Caleb is a pastor, worship leader, speaker, creative director, and executive pastor of worship. He serves at Compass Christian Church in Dallas/Fort Worth. He has been leading worship and creatives for over twenty years. Starting in a small country church of 120, watching it grow to 2500, then joining a suburban, multi-site church of 2500 and watching it grow to 10,000, Caleb credits the growth he has seen to the movement of God, the power of prayer, and the presence of God in worship.
He has led at all sizes and through much change. His favorite days include a bike ride, coffee and the Bible, lunch with a friend, 60-degree weather, and time with his family. Caleb lives in Grapevine Texas with his wife Heidi and has three incredible children.
