This year we are offering an opportunity XP Summit for sessions focused on different XP communities. The three-hour tracks will not only feature content specific to the groups, but will provide connection to peers facing the same challenges of XP ministry.
In Dallas there will be two PreCon tracks: one for new XP’s, and one for women XP’s. The cost for each PreConference is $39. To register, you need to sign up for XP-Summit and sign up as an “add-on.”
WOMEN’S XP TRACK
Churches continue to choose women to assume second chair positions, overseeing strategy, finance, and ministry. While the vast majority of XP resources are adaptable regardless of leader, there are opportunities and challenges exclusive to women XP’s. In this PreConference track, Kadi Cole will facilitate a conversation about these issues, providing wisdom and encouragement for leading up.
Kadi is a leadership consultant and author with a mission to empower leaders to unlock their potential and drive meaningful change. Kadi serves on the leadership team of WXP.
NEW XP TRACK
Each year new leaders take on the XP role and search for resources and counsel to help them adjust to this unique ministry. In this PreConference track Brandon Beard and Nate Merrill will provide an overview of the most critical tasks and strategies to empower new XP’s.
Brandon serves as an Executive Pastor at Compass Christian Church in Colleyville, TX. Utilizing decades of experience and knowledge, he has coached XP’s in areas of church growth, effective ministry structures, multi-site strategy, generosity development, and creating leadership culture.
Nate previously served as an Executive Pastor at Lakepointe Church in Dallas, where he helped lead and scale a thriving multi-campus ministry serving both English and Spanish-speaking communities. He pioneered Lakepointe’s Church Online, which now reaches over 40,000 monthly attendees and serves as a model for digital ministry.
