The XP Summit is an annual gathering organized FOR XP’s and BY XP’s. It was created to facilitate connections, content, and conversations. It’s a safe space where ministry peers can discuss the best practices on subjects like staffing, programming, finances, and multi-site strategy. This year’s theme is “Resilient” as we consider carrying through the weight of organizational leadership, staff care, and financial stewardship.

PRECONFERENCE TRACKS
Before the conference starts, we have some intensives focused on specific XP communities.

OPENING NIGHT EVENT
We kickoff XPS with a mixer opportunity. We’ll provide entertainment and good food so you can meet other executive leaders around the country.

MAIN SESSIONS
We’ll hear from speakers covering topics like organizational culture and strategy as well as challenging our spiritual walk to be ready for the work before us.

BREAKOUTS
These sessions are more focused, highlighting ministry or operational specifics, providing attendees the opportunity to engage and ask questions.

HUDDLES
XPs have the opportunity to connect in smaller groups of practitioners. A group leader facilitates discussions on specific topics that should inform and inspire future work. Nearly every attendee testifies that huddle times are the most valuable parts of the summit.
