Complete the National Multisite Survey

If you could learn what’s really happening with multisite churches in the US, what would you want to know? Warren Bird, guest speaker at the upcoming XP Summit, has some questions of his own:
 
* How many multisites do teaching primarily by video, and how many with in-person teaching?
* What qualities in a campus pastor (location pastor, site pastor, or whatever the leadership title) contribute to greatest fruitfulness and job satisfaction?
* How many multisite campuses reproduce themselves by birthing other churches or campuses?
* How many multisite churches have international campuses?
* Has the number of church mergers becoming multisite campuses continued to increase?
