Our XP Summit Director

In ministry, everyone will face adversity and other challenges along the way. Unfortunately, over the last few years, many have called it quits because they feel alone. We don’t want you to do ministry alone. We want others to join you on the journey.
XPS is a multi-day event for Executive Pastors by Executive Pastors. More than just another conference, we want to create a space for ministry conversations and community to help you go the distance.
